How do I cancel my order?

No problem, to cancel your order. Simply, you need to contact our customer service for order cancellation. You can contact us through email, chat or call.  Please include the order number, when sending your queries and questions for us.

How long will it take to get my order?

You will get your order within 24 hours.  We have the fastest delivery service in Kuwait.  If time of placing order is after 06:00 pm Kuwait Time then, you will get your order the next day.

The item I want is sold out. Will it be available again?

Yes of course. Any sold-out items will most definitely be available as soon as possible. (Except the case, when the manufacturer has permanently discontinued the products.)  Otherwise, you may call us for a special order and we will without a doubt deliver it to your doorstep.

Returns & Refunds

Do you have exchange policy?

Questions on Exchange Policy

Regrettably, we do not have an exchange policy. We can only provide refund in case you received damaged/defective or wrong product. After completion of investigation done by the concerned department, we initiate the process.

How should refund process on return?

Once your product returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. Then, following some required product inspection of the returned product, the approval or rejection of refund determines.

After approval, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Transaction settlement will take around 4 business days. That depends on business days without weekends or holidays in between the business days.

What is your return policy?

In the unlikely event, if the delivered product delivered is defective/faulty or wrong, you can return your product. The product should be returned in a resalable & unused condition. The item must be in the original packaging. Moreover, make sure to return such product with its accessories or gifts, within 7 days from the day of the delivery date.

Which products are not returnable?

The following products are not returnable:

  • Digital products.
  • Such Products that are not in the same condition as received.
  • Such products, which have been used or installed.
  • Any Products with missing labels or accessories.
  • Any Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
